1. Delete your account in the app1. احذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق
- Open RotaPair and sign in.افتح RotaPair وسجّل الدخول.
- Go to Settings → Account.انتقل إلى الإعدادات ← الحساب.
- Tap Delete account, read what will be deleted, then tap Yes, delete my account.اضغط «حذف الحساب»، واقرأ ما سيُحذف، ثم اضغط «نعم، احذف حسابي».
If you are still setting up RotaPair, or the app cannot load your details, use the Account section shown on that screen. Once you confirm and deletion completes, your account is deleted immediately.وإذا كنت لا تزال تُعدّ RotaPair، أو تعذّر على التطبيق تحميل بياناتك، فاستخدم قسم «الحساب» الظاهر في تلك الشاشة. وبعد التأكيد واكتمال الحذف، يُحذف حسابك فورًا.
2. What deletion removes2. ما الذي يزيله الحذف
Deleting your account permanently removes:يزيل حذف حسابك نهائيًا ما يلي:
- your sign-in identity and sessions;هوية تسجيل الدخول وجلساتك؛
- your profile;ملفك الشخصي؛
- your schedule and related records;جدولك والسجلات المرتبطة به؛
- invitations you sent;الدعوات التي أرسلتها؛
- your notification registrations; andتسجيلات الإشعارات الخاصة بك؛
- every partner connection you have been part of, and the information shared within it.كل ارتباط بشريك كنت طرفًا فيه، والمعلومات التي تمت مشاركتها ضمنه.
Deletion also clears RotaPair’s data for your account on the device you use to delete it. It cannot remove copies on your other devices or in device backups you control. Limited technical information may remain temporarily, as described in the Privacy Policy.كما يمسح الحذف بيانات RotaPair الخاصة بحسابك على الجهاز الذي تستخدمه للحذف، لكنه لا يستطيع إزالة النسخ الموجودة على أجهزتك الأخرى أو في النسخ الاحتياطية للأجهزة التي تتحكم فيها. وقد تبقى معلومات تقنية محدودة بشكل مؤقت، كما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية.
3. If you are connected with a partner3. إذا كنت مرتبطًا بشريك
The connection ends and your partner loses access to your information. Your partner keeps their own account, profile and schedule.ينتهي الارتباط ويفقد شريكك الوصول إلى معلوماتك، ويحتفظ شريكك بحسابه وملفه الشخصي وجدوله.
4. Deleting your account is not ending a connection4. حذف الحساب ليس إنهاءً للارتباط
To stop sharing with your partner but keep your account, use End connection in Settings → Connection instead. Deleting your account removes your account permanently.لإيقاف المشاركة مع شريكك مع الإبقاء على حسابك، استخدم «إنهاء الارتباط» في الإعدادات ← الارتباط بدلًا من ذلك. أما حذف الحساب فيزيل حسابك نهائيًا.
5. If you cannot use the app5. إذا لم تتمكن من استخدام التطبيق
Email support@rotapair.com from the email address on your RotaPair account, with the subject “RotaPair privacy request: account deletion”. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder before acting on it. Sending the email does not delete your account by itself.راسل support@rotapair.com من البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابك في RotaPair، واكتب في عنوان الرسالة «RotaPair privacy request: account deletion». وقد نحتاج إلى التحقق من أن الطلب صادر عن صاحب الحساب قبل تنفيذه، علمًا بأن إرسال الرسالة لا يحذف الحساب بحد ذاته.
